London Fashion Week

*** disclaimer I forgot to actually pubish it when LFW happened because I'm dumb lol ***

So, London Fashion week is the best fashion week hands down. Don't try and tell me "New York is where it's at" or "Paris is the best because it's P a r i s," because you are wrong.
So I'm going to talk about my two favorite shows: House of Holland and Burberry Prorsum

2. Burberry Prorsum

This collection is so delecate and beautiful, the feminimity of the collection is what drew me in. The sheer fabrics and lace move so well down the runway and the models were stunning. It was so clean, modern, and quite simply one of the best shows I've seen in a while. The music was beautiful and perfectly suited to the show (aka they used Jake Bugg and I died because I love him, check him out he's fab).

Here's a fun fact for you: the whole show was shot and streamed via iPhone 5s. Bet Apple loved that.

      

Harry Styles, Paloma Faith, and Sienna Miller all sat front row for this iconic English brands Spring/Summer 14 collection.

1. House of Holland

Okay. Henry Holland is my favorite designer ever. This means by default House of Holland was my favorite show of LFW. Seriously He's bloody brilliant.

                               This is Henry aka total babe        The collection this season is perfect

This show was absolutely flawless. 

The way he described the look was romantic and womanly. It its like "a trip to Mexico City via Venice Beach." I love the tattoos and with the feminine shapes and colors. It's a perfect collection and everything from the floors to the music to the models were perfect and I could not have asked for a better collection out of my favorite designer. 

My Faves:

Look 1:

 I could see myself wearing this all the time. The white with the small hints of pink and orange are amazing and the shape is so beautifully feminine. 

Look 2: 

In every collection or family there is a favorite child, and I have picked mine, this wonderful top. The oversized collar and rigid shape are perfect. The roses and Mary (I'm guessing) are the perfect colors. This top is the definition of his collection: girl gangs with tattoos in Venice Beach and Mexico City.  

 

HOH definitely had a star studded front row featuring: Alexa Chung, Ellie Goulding, Pixie Geldof, Kelly Osbourne, Harry Styles, and Nick Grimshaw. The front row for this show was incredible. Like I would have sold my soul to kidsbop (definiely worse than the devil) to sit amongst these people.
